  • One-on-one Counseling focuses on healing emotional, cognitive, and spiritual problems. Our therapists are specialized in treating:

    ◦ Anxiety

    ◦ Depression

    ◦ Addictions

    ◦ Conflict resolution

    ◦ Sexual abuse

    ◦ Spiritual abuse

    ◦ Trauma

    ◦ OCD

    ◦ and more

I emphasize relationships, helping my clients heal their relationships with God, others, and themselves.

The counseling relationship is critical in helping the healing process—not simply giving advice. Our counselor knows how to create a healing relationship by unconditionally giving respect, warmth, safety, and acceptance.

  • Couple counseling focuses on bringing emotional and spiritual oneness to the relationship through building safety, intimacy, and security. I work with couples who are struggling with:

    ◦ Communication

    ◦ Sexual issues

    ◦ Finances

    ◦ Parenting

    ◦ Unresolved conflicts

    ◦ and more

An emphasis on the emotional content of a relationship and creating a safe environment for partners to discover and share the emotions they long to express to one another. We help couples identify and change the negative patterns they are caught in and communicate healthier. This allows for intimacy to develop, eventually leading to true security and a satisfying connection in the relationship.

  • Group counseling provides a unique and safe environment for individuals to learn about themselves and improve interpersonal relationships. Group therapy is a powerful method for helping people work through many problems, such as isolation, anxiety, depression, trust issues, and relationship problems.

Our groups provide a place to come together with others to share problems or concerns, better understand your own struggles, and learn from each other. Group members gain support, insight, knowledge, and accountability while acquiring relational skills and developing a sense of community.

  • Grief is a journey that shouldn’t be traveled alone; everyone grieves differently, and there is no “right way” to grief. While your grief journey is unique, healing from grief and loss requires you to go through your grief. It is essential to talk and work through your grief and gain tools to help when the waves of grief hit.
